Okay, Mando. You might be onto something. If you listen to TOO a couple tracks later, they maintain more of the opening intensity once the singing starts. So, that kind of supports your point that there is a noticeable dropoff in the Dew after 23 seconds.

Man, this CE outro just kicks so much ass (or, "el punto burro" as we say in these parts.)

The difference between TOO and Dew is like night and day. I wonder if this is a good example of one case where the song drives the musicians and another case where the musicians drive the song?

I don't know if that makes any sense to anyone except me. (You should probably seek professional help if that does make sense to you) It seems like they are responding to the tone of Dew and pulling back during the lyrics, but in TOO they are setting the tone?

Shit, that doesn't even make sense to me now??!?!?!?
